We've set out below how and why we collect personal data, and how you can view, update and even delete personal data held by us. We also detail our very minimal use of "cookies" – exclusively for anonymous analytics.

This website does not collect personal data unless we specifically ask you for it. We do collect anonymous information such as pages viewed etc. for the sole purpose of analysing what content and features people find interesting and useful. Personal data we collect

If you want to take advantage of specific services that we offer you may be asked for personal information. In this instance we will only use the personal information you provide to deliver the services and information you have asked us to.

How we'll use your personal data

We will however send personally identifiable information about you to other partner organisations, companies or people when we have your consent to share the information; where we respond to court orders, legal processes or where we are required by law to do so; or where a service you have requested is supplied by a partner organisation on our behalf.

Your information may be shared within other cloud services to enable us to provide services to you, such as customer relationship management or accounting software. We ensure that any of our software vendors align with our strict security requirements and do not lessen our privacy commitments to you.
